An intermediate New York appeals court on Thursday dismissed a malicious prosecution lawsuit filed by billionaire Leon Black against Wigdor Law.
The opinion from the Appellate Division, First Department found that Black’s attorneys failed to substantiate the allegation under New York’s anti-SLAPP laws.
