Meet your Experts

Vishakha Girhe

Vishakha Girhe, Learning Manager at Lawctopus, has completed her graduation from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law, Nagpur (2015), and earned an LL.M. in Business Laws (Merit) in 2020.

As an independent litigator, she has practiced at the Nagpur District Court and the High Court of Bombay Bench. Additionally, she has been invited as a panelist for debate competitions and mock interviews in various colleges.

Shashank SardesaiShashank Sardesai

Shashank Sardesai graduated from the University of Pune in 2018 and is currently working as an Independent Litigator and Company Secretary.

He co-founded EverTrust Legal, a full-service law firm, after previously working with esteemed firms such as Wadia Ghandy & Co., HSA Advocates, and Khaitan Legal Associates.

He has worked on diverse and complex disputes including company law matters, cases under IBC, writ petitions, criminal cases, real estate disputes, consumer disputes, IPR infringement cases, etc., and has represented clients before the High Court of Bombay, NCLT, Civil and Criminal Courts and other Courts in India.

Samiksha graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur with Specialisation Honours in Criminal Laws in 2019, is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Criminal Law and is also a qualified PoSH Specialist.
