Blend integrates banking platform into Virginia Credit Union

Virginia Credit Union, partnered with Blend to integrate its consumer banking suite of products for digital applications for accounts, credit cards and loans. With these tools, the credit union can deliver a better member experience, according to a press release.

“With Blend, we saw an opportunity to break free of siloed, individual applications and to create a digital application ecosystem for consumer loans, mortgages, memberships, deposit accounts — all of it,” Frank Macrina, SVP, products and channels at VACU, said in the release. “With Blend, we’ve achieved that, providing our members with a consistent and familiar experience.”

With these tools, 90% of members said they felt supported throughout the account creation process and 83% said it was easy to accomplish.
