Wellness Reimagined – Retirement Reflections

Introducing the New Monthly ‘Wellness Reimagined’ Link Up.

It’s a new year, and many of us are setting health and wellness plans and goals.  A group of us were chatting and thought it would be a good motivator for ourselves and others to provide a monthly link up dedicated to our health and wellness in 2025. The aim is to focus on what we are doing to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle and include this in a monthly post. It’s a great way to help keep us on track, reflect, plan and refocus on our individual goals and intentions.

We would love for you to join us.

What
The Wellness Reimagined Link Up.

When

With the exception of the first link up which will be published next week, the link ups will take place on the first Monday of each month at 8 am (AEST). This corresponds to 2 pm on the first Sunday of each month, Pacific Standard Time (PST). Here’s a handy chart of the dates and times for the Vancouver time zone.

The link will be open for 48 hours.

Prior to retirement, I lived and worked in Beijing China for fourteen years (Middle School Principal/Deputy Director at The Western Academy of Beijing). Leaving international life behind, my husband and I retired to Vancouver Island in June 2015. To document both this transition and our new adventures, ‘Retirement Reflections’ was born. I hope that you enjoy reading these reflections, and will be willing to share your own.
