Tyson & Mendes Launches New Orleans Office

Tyson & Mendes opened a new office in a location deemed another “judicial hellhole” for insurance defense Monday with its expansion into New Orleans.

The San Diego-headquartered firm claims New Orleans is another region of the country where clients are clamoring for aid in defending against nuclear verdicts, or judgments found for plaintiffs that are considered outsized compared to the actual damages.
