Cahill Gordon & Reindel, coming off two consecutive years of revenue declines, rode investments in new practices and a rebound in the leveraged finance market in 2024 to generate a 15% revenue gain to $463.6 million. The firm surged 21% in average profits per equity partner to $5.27 million, while the firm’s net income for equity partners was up 20% to $278.7 million.
Cahill, already one of the smaller Am Law 200 firms by head count, had a 3% dip in total attorney count in 2024, dropping to 283. That helped Cahill’s revenue per lawyer soar 18.7% to $1.64 million.
