NCR Atleos expands Cashzone ATMs in Italy

NCR Atleos has expanded its surcharge free ATM network Cashzone into Italy. This is the 13th country NCR has deployed its network in, according to a press release.

With Cashzone, Italian customers will have access to cash without paying fees and Italian banks can expand their footprint outside of the branch.

“Cash is a common everyday way to pay in Italy, as well as a significant convenience for visitors,” Diego Navarrete, EVP, global sales for Atleos, said in the release. “With the implementation of this ATM network in Italy, consumers can self-serve with simplicity and ease and retailers can create more profitable, engaging customer experiences. This is another example of the growing momentum of utility ATM networks.”
