About T. S. Mishra Law School

T.S. Mishra School of Law is dedicated to providing quality legal education and prioritizing outcome-based education. The vision of T.S. Mishra School of Law is to promote Law courses, programs, curriculum, research, collaborations, and interaction through its faculty, infrastructure, and varied opportunities.

From the Academic Year 2024-25, it offers a Five Year Integrated B.B.A. LL.B. and B.A. LLB. Program; One Year LL.M. Program (Criminal and Security Law/Constitutional and Administrative Law) and PH.D. (Full Time-Law).

By incorporating new-age learning technologies, the school offers competency-based, adaptive, and collaborative education which is also based upon the National Education Policy, 2020. About the Competition

We are extremely delighted to invite you to the 1^st National Moot Court Competition, 2025 hosted by T.S. Misra Law School, T.S. Mishra University, Lucknow in the memory of the Late Hon’ble Mr. Justice Tribeni Sahai Misra. This prestigious event aims to provide a platform for budding lawyers to showcase their advocacy skills, legal knowledge, and critical thinking.

The Competition promises to be an enriching experience, with esteemed judges, academicians, and industry experts gracing the occasion. We look forward to your participation and engagement in this exciting event.

Hybrid Mode (Online Platform & T.S. Misra Law School, T.S. Misra University, Lucknow)

Eligibility & Team Composition

All teams shall consist of a maximum of 3 participants [two members designated as ‘Speaker’ and one member designated as ‘Researcher’] OR 2 participants [both speakers],

Students pursuing the Three- or Five-Year courses of the LL.B. Degree or its equivalent from any recognized Law School/College/University are eligible to participate.

Any recognized Law School/College/University shall be entitled to send a maximum 2 (two) teams to the Competition.

The Participating team shall comprise a minimum of two and a maximum of three members. In a team of two members, both members shall be designated as Speakers. In a team of three members, two members shall be designated as Speakers, and the third member of the team shall be designated as a Researcher.

No Additional member or team coach is allowed to accompany the team.

There will be team cap of 30 teams.

How to Register?

Each team shall submit the registration fee of Rupees: INR 1500 through Online Mode- Paytm /Google Pay/Phonepe with the Registration Link mentioned at the end of this post andthe QR code given.

How to Submit?

One (1) set of Soft copies, i.e., Petitioner and Respondent (only in .doc/.docx format, compatible with Microsoft Word 2007 (or higher) must be emailed to tsmlawcollege@tsm.edu.in latest by 05^th March, 2025 (23.59 Hrs IST) with the subject “Memorials for Team Code ”.

The File Names of the electronic copies of the Memorials must contain only the Team code followed by the letters ‘P’ or ‘R’ depending on which side the memorial is from. E.g.- (For Team Code 16), 16P, and 16R.

The Memorials for each side shall be submitted as one single mail and not in multiple mail. Any violation of this rule shall invite a penalty in accordance with the rule.

Certificates & Rewards

A Total of 20,000 Rupees will be the prize money for several awards including the Winning Team Award, Runners-Up Award, Best Mooter, Best Memorial, Best Researcher along with Trophies, Medals and Certificate of Merit as well as Participation.

Certificates of Participation shall be given to all the participants registering and participating from Prelims onwards.
