A relative newcomer to the brokerage world, Yee’s first formal brokerage affiliation was with SERHANT., which she joined about one year ago. She has a history of owning investment properties, from long-term rentals to Airbnbs, which span from New York City to Detroit.
SERHANT. did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Yee’s foray into real estate has been entwined with a service mentality geared toward social responsibility.
“Real estate is not just about transactions; it’s about transformation,” Yee said in a statement. “Through purpose-driven real estate, I aim to create opportunities, build community and inspire others to see property ownership as a pathway to legacy wealth.”
