BCT-Bank of Charles Town, appointed Ronald B. Burley as EVP and chief retail banking officer. In this role, he will oversee retail banking sales and operations, according to a press release.
He most recently served as branch operations manager for more than 200 branches in the Mid-Atlantic.

Frazier, president and CEO of BCT, said in the release. “Ron’s proven sales leadership, strong retail bank operational skills, and M&A experience will enable us to further our strategic plans for growth while maintaining our commitment of positive client experiences.”
