Day 1, Part 1: Developing a strong foundation of contracts: 7 to 8 pm

1. What should be the skeleton of a contract?

• Contracts are NOT haphazard/random

2. How to draft clear clauses while incorporating essential laws and legal jargons

• How to draft complex clauses (e.g., identification of parties, dispute resolution)

3. How to format a contract efficiently

• Where do you use capitalised terms?
• Running Definitions follow a specific style of writing. You should know that
