About the Book

The law, as a fundamental pillar of society, continues to evolve in response to the complexities of contemporary governance, technological advancements, and socio-economic transformations. “Crossroads of Law: Policy, Cases, and Multidisciplinary Analysis,” our forthcoming publication, endeavors to explore this evolution by presenting an anthology of scholarly contributions that transcend conventional legal frameworks and integrate multidisciplinary perspectives.

This book is envisioned as a definitive resource for legal scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students. It aims to critically analyze the interplay between law and its multifaceted intersections with economics, technology, public policy, sociology, and other disciplines.

The publication seeks to provide an in-depth examination of diverse legal domains. and more. From constitutional frameworks to contemporary developments in various fields of law, the book endeavors to reflect on the interconnected nature of legal systems, fostering critical dialogue on issues that shape societies across the globe.

Submissions Guidelines

  • The Manuscript should not exceed 3500-5000-word limit.
  • Author(s) should not mention their personal details at any places in the manuscript. Personal Details and Institutional Affiliations should be mentioned in a separate cover letter.
  • All headings in the manuscripts should be properly formatted.
  • The main body text in the manuscript must be in Times New Roman in a font size of 12, 1.5 line spacing and in justified alignment. For footnotes, maintain Times New Roman Style with a font size of 10 and 1.0 line spacing. For Headings, Times New Roman style must be followed with a font size of 14 and must be Bold and Underlined.
  • Footnotes should conform to JILI Citation Format.
  • Abstracts are to be submitted in .doc format.  No other format would be accepted.
  • A maximum of 3 authors are allowed.
  • Plagiarism of more than 20% shall not be acceptable by any means. The Manuscript should also be free from grammatical, spelling and other errors.
  • Authors are required to initially submit their Abstracts.

How to Submit?

  • Authors should email with their original and unpublished abstracts in.doc or.docx format.
  • “Name of the Author(s)_Title of the Manuscript” shall be the subject line of the email.
  • Please enclose the cover letter along with the Abstract.
  • Submissions shall be made at: jcpmultidisciplinaryissues@gmail.com

Format

The book will be printed with ISBN Number.

Fees

There is no publication or submission charge.

  • Submission of Abstract: 11th February 2025
  • Notification on Acceptance/ Rejection of Abstract: 12th February 2025
  • Last Date to Submit the Full Manuscript: 03rd March 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance/ Rejection of Manuscript: 05th March 2025
  • Book Release Date: 20th March 2025
