Wisr Non-Executive Director Craig Swanger to retire

ASX-listed fintech lender Wisr Limited have advised that Craig Swanger (pictured) has retired from his role as a Non-Executive Director of the company, effective 11 September 2025.

In a statement to the ASX, Wisr stated that Craig Swanger has served as a Non-Executive Director of Wisr since July 2015. Swanger has made a strong contribution to the company’s strategic direction and growth over the past 10 years.
