Judge on 9,500 Unfiled Depo-Provera Cases: ‘Get Busy With That'

At a Friday hearing, U.S. District Judge M. Casey Rodgers, of the Northern District of Florida, told lawyers that although there were now 932 lawsuits filed over Depo-Provera, another 9,571 remained unfiled.
