Authorities arrested Diego Ananias Arellano Diaz for allegedly bombing the ATM in a San Ramon, California Target on July 20. He is also being charged with stealing more than $4 million from a variety of ATM thefts across the West Coast, according to a report by SF Gate.

The bombing incident at Target didn’t cause any injuries but did shut down the store briefly.

Authorities claim that Diaz is part of an 11-person crew that disguise themselves as construction crew and use both cellphone jammers and blowtorches to break into ATMs and retrieve the cash cassettes.
