INTRODUCTION
Odoo Website RSS Feed Generator is a handy tool that automatically creates an RSS feed link for your published blog posts. Furthermore, it auto-shares blogs without effort.
Once you install and set up the module, Odoo’s cron jobs automatically keep your blog feed updated in real-time. As a result, admin access keeps the feed secure and auto-updated.

INSTALLATION
- Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the module’s zip file.
- Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_website_blog_rss_feed’.
- Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
- Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
- Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
- In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_website_blog_rss_feed’
- You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
WORKFLOW
- After installing the Odoo Website RSS Feed Generator, go to Settings >> Users & Companies. There, you can choose the access type as either User or Admin. If the access is set to User, the XML link will be hidden. If it’s set to Admin, the XML feed link will be visible.

- Now, go to Settings, click on Website Webkul Addons, and then select the Configuration option for your feed.

- In the Webkul Addons Configuration section under Website, click the New button and add your Website Blog RSS Feed to set it up.

- Now you can choose a website, turn on the Active button, and set the maximum number of blog posts to display in the feed. And click on the save button ,RSS feed URL is generated.

- You can configure the Cron job << click on update blog feeds option to set up the scheduler. Odoo Cron will then automatically publish or unpublish blog posts based on the schedule you define.

- Here you can see that XML link in RSS feed generator content gets updated automatically every time you publish a new blog post. This means other websites or apps can instantly show your latest blogs without you doing anything manually.
