KeyBank has selected the Personetics Cognitive Banking platform to serve its customers. The platform is AI-powered and built to improve customer engagement and experience, according to a press release.

KeyBank selected Personetics to meet a growing need to provide guidance for customers on savings and spending habits. It also aims to address financial stress, as its 2025 Financial Mobility Survey found stress due to economic issues and financial goals had increased significantly among Americans.

In addition, KeyBank will utilize the Personetics Engage tool to provide financial recommendations based on customer data.

“As KeyBank celebrates its 200th anniversary, we’re delighted to partner with an institution that shares our vision for the future of banking,” Udi Ziv, CEO of Personetics, said in the release. “This partnership isn’t just about innovation — it’s about using intelligent technology to forge deeper human relationships between banks and the people they serve. Cognitive Banking redefines how banks understand and support their customers and, as a result, fosters customer loyalty.”
