EB Games Canada will soon host a special Mario Kart World activation in Montreal.
During the big F1 Crescent Street Grand Prix Festival event from June 12 to 15, fans will be able to get into a real-life Mario Kart-inspired setup and play the hotly anticipated Nintendo Switch 2 game. This comes shortly after the Switch 2’s June 5 launch.
Given that Switch 2 pre-orders have continued to sell out quickly, this might be your best chance to at least try out the console’s marquee game if you haven’t yet.
On top of that, EB Games will be holding midnight launches at a variety of stores across Canada. Limited walk-in quantities will also be available in case you weren’t able to secure a pre-order.
For more on the Switch 2, check out our hands-on impressions of both the console and its games, as well as our interviews with the main hardware architects and Nintendo of America’s Nate Bihldorff.
On top of that, check out our interview with EB Games Canada president Jim Tyo about the company’s new owner, rebrand and overall vision to return to its roots.
