You need to install the module mentioned above to use Odoo POS Scan & Go.

- Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the module’s zip file.
- Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘pos_scan_and_go’
- Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
- Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
- Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
- In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘pos_scan_and_go’
- You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
Backend View
1. After installing Odoo POS Scan & Go, navigate to the QR Codes menu to view list of existing QR codes and create new ones easily.

2. Create a new QR code by filling in all the necessary details such as Pricelist, Company, POS, Products, and more.

3. In Offers tab, you can view list of existing offers and create new ones as per your business needs.

4. In POS Online Orders tab, you can view list of all online orders along with their current status.

5. Here, admin can view complete details of a POS Online Order and has option to mark it as Done or Cancel as needed.

6. After marking a POS Online Order as Cancelled, updated status and related details are displayed on admin screen.

7. After scanning QR code, a preview of the restaurant’s homepage is displayed to customer.

8. After selecting Menu option on your device, the restaurant’s digital menu is displayed for browsing.

9. Here, you can add items to cart, and the total number of items is displayed at bottom of screen.

10. You can view items in your cart, see the total bill including taxes, and proceed to pay directly from your device.

11. After tapping on Pay Now, a page appears where you can enter your name, mobile number, and choose to either Pay at Counter or Pay Online.

12. After placing order, your order is successfully created and the Order Number is displayed on the screen.

13. All available offers and discounts are displayed on the Offers tab.

14. At POS end, Load online orders to view all online order statuses.

15. Here, you can load an order for further payments and completion of the order.

16. After completing order, a feedback form appears where you can share your experience with the restaurant.
