Odoo Zoho Analytics Connector helps you seamlessly integrate your Odoo data with Zoho Analytics for advanced reporting and business intelligence.

With this connector, you can sync workspaces, reports, and tables from Odoo into Zoho Analytics without hassle.

The connector provides real-time data synchronisation using cron jobs and keeps your Zoho Analytics updated with latest Odoo records.

  2. Extract file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘Wk_odoo_zoho_analytics_connector
  3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
  4. Now, open Odoo App and click on Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
  5. Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
  6. In search bar, remove all filters and search ‘Wk_odoo_zoho_analytics_connector’
  7. You will be able to see module in search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
  1. After installing Odoo Zoho Analytics Connector, open Zoho Analytics Connector app in Odoo.

2. Navigate to Odoo Zoho Analytics Connector → Configuration → Connection Menu and click New Connection.

3. Enter Client ID, Client Secret, Zoho Domain, and Redirect URL (copy from Odoo and paste in Zoho app setup) and Save connection.

4. Click on the Connect button and authenticate using the Zoho Token and approve access.

5. Once connected, you will see the message “connected successfully.”

6. Click on the Fetch Organisation (Company) button. The connector will fetch company or organization details from Zoho. Select the organization to be used for data synchronisation.

    Import Workspaces and dashboards from Zoho to Odoo

    1. Go to the Connection section in Odoo. Under the Import section, you will find two options: Import Workspace and Import Dashboard from Zoho to Odoo.

    2. Click on Import Workspace to import all workspaces from Zoho into Odoo.

    4. Both the dashboards and workspaces will be imported successfully, and the Workspace ID will be automatically fetched.

    Export Workspace and table from Odoo to Zoho

    1. In Odoo Zoho Analytics Connector, go to the Workspace Section and click create workspace.

    1. Enter the workspace Name, Description and Select the Zoho connection.

    1. Click Export button. The workspace will be created in Zoho, and the Workspace ID will sync back into Odoo.

    Export Tables from Odoo to Zoho

    1. Go to the Table Section in Odoo Zoho Analytics Connector and click on the New button.
    2. Configure the following items:
      1. Table Name: Provide a name for your table.
      2. Workspace: Select the workspace under which you are creating the table.
      3. Zoho ID: This will be automatically fetched to Odoo once the table is exported to Zoho.
      4. Connection: This will be automatically set based on the selected workspace.
      5. Model: Select Odoo Model/Table (e.g., Sales Orders, Customers, Invoices).
      6. Description: Provide any information related to this table.
      7. Data Export Mode: Choose whether to share Incremental data or All data.
        1. Incremental: Export only newly created records based on the last sync date.
        2. All: Export all records, ignoring previous sync history.
    3. Choose the fields that you want to sync to Zoho.

    4. If you want to filter the data to be synced to Zoho, click on Filter Domain and apply the necessary filter

    Click Export Table, it will publish the table to zoho. The table will be created inside the selected Zoho Analytics workspace, and any schema changes in Odoo will automatically reflect in Zoho.

    Import Reports from Zoho to Odoo

    1. Navigate to the Workspace under which you want to import the report. Click on Import Report. The imported reports will be available in Odoo Reports Section.

    Incremental Sync – Odoo Zoho Analytics Connector allow you to perform incremental sync for faster updates without re-exporting all data.

    Schema Auto-Update – Any changes in Odoo models (fields added/removed) are auto-reflected in Zoho tables.
