CILEX Achievements: Celebrating Our Trainees Exam Success

We’re thrilled to recognise the exceptional achievements of our trainee CILEX lawyers in their recent exams – a testament to their dedication and drive.

Denitsa Urumova has passed the final exams for the Advanced Stage of the CILEX CPQ qualification and is a step closer to qualifying as a CILEX lawyer next year – she will now complete her qualification by completing the Professional Stage of the CPQ.

Looking back on her studies, Denitsa shared the following thoughts:

“Reaching the CPQ Professional Stage is such an important milestone in my legal journey, it’s the final stage of CILEX before applying for Fellowship and becoming a CILEX Lawyer, which is so exciting! This pathway has challenged me in so many ways and helped me to develop my legal skills, giving me a lot more confidence in my abilities as a legal professional. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and really looking forward to this final stretch of studying.”

Hannah Harrison has completed her Contract and Legal Research exams as part of the Foundation Stage of the CPQ qualification.  She will now be working towards the final exams of the Foundation Stage which she hopes to sit in January 2026, before proceeding to the Advanced Stage of the CPQ.

Reflecting on her studies to date Hannah has said:

“I am beyond relieved to have passed my last 2 CILEx exams. Studying and working towards a legal qualification at this stage of my life (alongside full-time work and parenthood) has been tougher than I could have ever imagined it would be, but my latest results have reaffirmed that all the hard work is paying off and that I am edging closer towards the end goal of becoming a Chartered Legal Executive.”

The CILEX route continues to be a transformative force in the legal profession – offering a respected, inclusive pathway that values skill, experience, and determination above all.
