Butn appoints Michael Carruthers as new Company Secretary

ASX-listed Butn Limited have advised that Michael Carruthers has been appointed as Company Secretary.

Michael Carruthers has more than 10 years of experience in accounting and company secretarial services for ASX listed companies. Carruthers holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Commerce and is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.

Dean Berelowitz has resigned as Company Secretary effective immediately, to focus on his duties as Head of Finance for Butn. The Board would like to extend their thanks to Dean Berelowitz for his service as Company Secretary since July 2023.
