Apple login and payments, Google Cloud export, new API methods, plugin controls — Stripo.email

Hey there! Dmytro here with your August update.

This month, we’ve added new ways to register and pay, expanded our export options, and introduced more improvements across the editor, plugins, and API. Let’s go through what’s new.

Table of Contents

1. New: Register and pay with Apple ID, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

We’ve made it easier for Apple users to get started with Stripo. You can now create an account and log in using your Apple ID. There are no extra steps — just sign in the way you already do on your devices.

Payments also received a big upgrade. In addition to the existing methods, Apple Pay or Google Pay can be used to pay for Stripo subscriptions and extra services. Both options are fast and secure, taking just a couple of clicks to complete checkout.

These changes mean you can access Stripo faster and manage your subscription with the same payment methods you already use every day.

2. New: Export to Google Cloud

We’ve expanded our list of export options with Google Cloud. From now on, you can send your Stripo emails and templates straight to your Google Cloud environment.

Google Cloud export

This update is especially useful for teams that already manage projects and workflows in Google Cloud. Instead of manually moving files around, you can now keep everything in one place and integrate Stripo designs directly into your existing processes.

For enterprises with strict data storage and deployment requirements, this also means more flexibility in choosing where and how your templates are stored.

3. New: Pix payment method for Brazil

We’ve added Pix, Brazil’s most widely used payment system, to our list of supported methods. With Pix, users in Brazil can now pay for annual subscriptions and extra services directly from their Stripo accounts.

This makes payments faster, more secure, and easier for our Latin American customers. By offering a local option for users in Brazil, we’re helping more teams get seamless access to Stripo without depending on international payment systems.

4. New: Limit checking method for Stripo API and Template ID in Mailjet export

We’ve added a new method for checking account limits for developers working with the Stripo API. This makes it easier to track usage in real time and manage resources more effectively.

We’ve also improved our Mailjet integration. When exporting, the Template ID will now be displayed in the success notification. This small but important update helps with integration, testing, and troubleshooting by giving you direct access to the exact template reference.

5. Improved: Taxation and invoice management

We’ve updated how Stripo handles billing and taxation to stay fully compliant and made managing your account account easier:

  • following the state’s current regulations, automatic taxation is now applied to users in Maryland;
  • tax numbers are included in all invoices and receipts for better reporting and transparency;
  • the list of supported regions has grown to include Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, and others, giving more users accurate tax handling by default.

These improvements simplify financial management and ensure that your documents meet local requirements.

6. Improved: Mailchimp export and Sender integration

We’ve added more flexibility to Mailchimp exports. Now, when sending templates to Mailchimp, you can choose where to store your images — either in Stripo or directly in Mailchimp. This gives you better control over storage and email performance.

On top of that, we’ve expanded our integration list with Sender, a popular ESP. You can now export your templates straight to Sender and use them in your campaigns right away.

Both updates make it easier to work with the platforms you already use and keep your email workflow seamless.

7. Improved: Editor updates (new and old editors)

We’ve made several updates to improve the editing experience in both the new and old editors.

New editor:

  • you can now insert images directly into the Text block, making content creation faster and more flexible;
  • the Responsive Design control has been updated with new logic, enabling smoother display across devices;
  • we’ve also fixed a range of issues related to text editing, links, UTM parameters, spacers, comments, and CSS, ensuring a more stable workflow.

Old editor:

  • fixes for dark/light mode switching, button rendering, and other interface issues have been introduced to improve stability.

8. Improved: Plugin controls (V2 updates)

We’ve rolled out a set of new built-in controls in Plugin V2 that give developers more freedom when customizing email modules:

  • text alignment;
  • image sizing;
  • button hover states (color, text color, and borders);
  • background color;
  • margins and padding;
  • structure adaption.

These updates expand what you can do with plugin blocks and help you fine-tune the look and feel of your emails.

In Plugin V1, we’ve also added an option to remove the Message Alignment control from the settings panel, giving you more flexibility in simplifying the interface.

9. New: Template marketplace inside the Stripo account

You can now purchase templates directly within your Stripo account. There’s no need to leave the platform — browse, select, and buy ready-made designs right where you work.

This makes it quicker for you to access high-quality templates and start building your campaigns without taking any extra steps. It’s a simple way to speed up your workflow and keep everything in one place.

10. Coming soon: Continuous bug fixes and stability improvements

Alongside the bigger updates, we’ve released numerous small fixes across the editors, API, and plugins. These adjustments improve stability, polish the interface, and keep workflows running smoothly.

We’ll continue to roll out performance tweaks and fixes regularly to ensure that your Stripo experience stays reliable and efficient.

Wrapping up

That’s it for August! With our new payment and login options, Google Cloud export support, and increased flexibility in the API and plugins, we’ve made it easier for you to manage your work and integrate Stripo into your existing workflows.

These updates are designed to support teams worldwide, whether you’re paying locally, managing templates in the cloud, or fine-tuning editor and plugin features.

And we’re not stopping here. We’re continuing to expand integrations and improve the editor experience. Stay tuned for more updates in September.
