Features of Odoo Website Store Locator

  1. Add multiple store locations to your Odoo website.
  2. It lets customers view your store address directly on Google Maps.

  1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the module’s zip file.
  2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘website_store_locator’.
  3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
  4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
  5. Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
  6. In the search bar, remove all filters and search ‘website_store_locator
  7. You will be able to see module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

Odoo Website Store Locator Backend Configuration

  1. Firstly, log in to ‘Odoo Instance’ and go to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Webkul Website Addons’; enable the checkbox next to Website: Store Locator and click on the ‘Configuration’ button.

  1. Add Map Settings such as Map Type, set map centre to Auto or Manual, add search radius and then save the settings.

  1. Now, navigate to Website and go to stores under the ‘Configuration’ menu. Click on New button to create a new store.

  1. Add Store Name, Address, Days, Timings, and Tags; set store coordinates By Address or Manually. Click the check box at top to publish it on website.

If you select By Address, then Store Co-ordinates will set automatically.

If you select Manually, then user will set Store Co-ordinates Manually.

  1. Go to ‘Store Tags’ under the ‘Configuration’ menu. Click on the New button to create a new tag and assign name and colour. After saving it will be visible under tags in store backend.

Odoo Website Store Locator View

  1. Go to the Website Frontend, click on the Store Locator tab. It will display all stores with markers on the map.

  1. Click on the Nearest Store and select the Store from Store List. You can view complete store details along with its location on the map.
