Online Workshop on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at the Workplace

About the Event

PRABHAVEE – Partner for Social Impact, in collaboration with Yellow Spark – Strategic HR Consultants, is organising PoSH Pro – a 2-day online Workshop on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at the Workplace, which aims to enhance awareness and build capacity on PoSH. Through expert-led sessions, interactive case studies, and a panel discussion with a practising lawyer from a law firm and a Senior Professional from Corporate, this workshop provides foundational and practical insights into fostering safer and more inclusive work environments.

It is designed to bridge the gap between law and practice by simplifying complex provisions of the Act and showcasing how effective implementation can shape equitable workspaces. 

For Law students, this workshop serves as a gateway to a rapidly expanding field of PoSH law Consulting and Practice. Most legal education curriculum only touch upon the theory of the PoSH Act. However, practical expertise in workplace compliance and being part of internal committees is increasingly sought after.

Workshop Details

• Workshop Dates: 25th and 26th September 2025 (Thursday & Friday)
• Time: 2:30 pm to 5 pm (both days)
• Mode: Online. Zoom (Live interactive sessions)
• Seats: Limited seats. Registration for the Workshop is on a first-come-first-served basis.

• All Professionals (Corporate, Legal, HR, L&D, NGO, Academia, etc.)

Certification

Certificate of Participation will be issued upon attending both days and participating in the final assessment with a 50% passing score.

Participation Fee

• ₹450 – Law students, aspiring to become a PoSH Consultant / Advisor
• ₹750 – All Professionals (Corporate, Legal, Human Resource, Learning & Development, NGO, Academia, etc.)
