Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Watch 4, and Buds 2a Delayed Until October 9 – Research Snipers

Google apparently has problems with its new Pixel 10 series. The entire line-up is to be presented on August 20, 2025, but there is a time-shifted introduction of the various products. Only the “normal” Pixel 10 smartphones will be available shortly after the launch.

Google apparently has problems with the upcoming introduction of Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, the Google Pixel Watch 4 and the new Google Pixel Buds 2a. These ensure that these devices will be presented together with the other new products of the Pixel series on August 20, 2025, but will only actually be available in stores significantly later.

As we have learned from well-informed sources, pixel fans have to wait longer for the large “Made by Google” event planned for the large “Made by Google”. Because Google apparently has problems in the supply chain, the availability data for the expensive Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, the new smartwatches in the form of Google Pixel Watch 4 and the new Google Pixel Buds 2a have shifted.

According to our sources, these three products or product series mentioned will not be on the market shortly after the launch event on August 20. While the “normal” smartphones Google Pixel 10, Google Pixel 10 Pro and Google Pixel 10 Pro XL will be delivered from August 28, 2025 and will be on normal trade, it takes longer for fold, the pixel Watch 4 and the Pixel Buds 2a longer. Our sources speak of delayed availability for these products, which means that they will only end up with customers from October 9, 2025.

The availability date is therefore moving by about two weeks for these devices. Problems in the supply chain are mentioned as possible causes of the delay, although the exact reasons are unclear for the time being. It would be conceivable that new components have led to problems in availability. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold has a new display and a new hinge. In addition, the device receives an IP68 certification for the first time and brings Wireless Charging via Qi2 standard. In the case of the Pixel Watch 4, internal hardware changes and the changed charging system could play a role.
