Bizcap named a Best Place To Work in 2025

Bizcap have been Certified by Great Place To Work for the 2nd year in a row.

Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture, has revealed its prestigious list of Australia’s Best Workplaces for 2025, recognising 100 organisations that are setting the benchmark for exceptional workplace culture and employee experience across the nation.

Bizcap was named 8th on the list in the medium sized business category, based on employee headcount (100-999 staff).

99% of employees at Bizcap say it is a great place to work, compared to 60% of employees at a typical company in Australia.

This year’s comprehensive assessment represents the voices of 158,749 Australian employees across all sectors and organisation sizes, making it the most extensive evaluation of workplace culture in Australia’s history.

Bizcap earned its place on the list following a rigorous assessment of confidential employee feedback and detailed analysis of organisational culture. This data-driven approach ensures the companies recognised are genuinely committed to creating workplaces where people thrive and performance follows.

A Defining Year for Australian Workplace Culture

As Australia continues to navigate evolving workplace expectations and economic challenges, the organisations on this year’s list demonstrate that exceptional workplace culture is not just a competitive advantage, it’s a fundamental business imperative. These companies have shown remarkable resilience and adaptability while maintaining their commitment to employee wellbeing and engagement.

In an era where talent retention and attraction have become critical business challenges, this year’s Best Workplaces in Australia showcase how organisations can create environments where employees feel genuinely valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their best work.
