Odoo Zkteco Device Integration helps connect ZKTeco biometric devices with Odoo system easily. It automatically syncs employee check-ins, check-outs, and break times, making attendance tracking simple and accurate.

This module supports multiple sync methods, including automatic sync using a Cron job or manual sync with a single click, real-time sync via a Webhook URL, and cloud-based connection using ADMS (cloud) Mode. 

Odoo ZKTeco Device Integration simplifies attendance management, reduces manual errors, and provides a seamless experience for administrators and employees across different devices.

  1. Sync employee attendance automatically every 10 minutes using a Cron job.
  2. Users can enroll new employees in Odoo Zkteco Device Integration 
  3. Also, supports ADMS (cloud) Mode for cloud-based device connection without local software.
  4. Clear all stored machine data in a click to maintain device performance.
  5. Connect ZKTeco devices by simply entering the IP address and port number.
  6. Track employee break times along with check-ins and check-outs inside Odoo.

  1. Once you purchase Odoo Zkteco Device Integration from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
  2. Extract file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_zkteco_attendance_management’
  3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
  4. Now, open Odoo App and click on Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
  5. Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
  6. In search bar, remove all filters and search ‘wk_zkteco_attendance_management’
  7. You will be able to see module in search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
  • After installing Odoo Zkteco Device Integration, you can add your ZKTeco device in Odoo by entering the IP address and port of your device, and then clicking on Test Connection. You can do this by navigating to Attendances >> ZKTeco >> Devices >> New.

  • After clicking on Test Connection, the device name will appear, and you can create punch states there.

  • On the same page, you will see a button Fetch Machine Users. Clicking on it will display a list of all machine users.

  • There is also an Enroll Employees button, which opens a pop-up containing a list of employees who are not yet linked to the machine.

  • You’ll also find a Remove Employees button, which shows the same pop-up as before, but with a list of employees who are already linked to the machine.

  • You can create a badge ID for an employee by navigating to Employees >> Employee >> HR Settings >> Attendance/POS.

  • You can view Employee Feeds such as their status and the device used to mark attendance, under ZKTeco >> Feeds.

  • You can also directly track Employee Breaks, including break-in/out times and duration, by going to ZKTeco >> Employee Breaks.

  • The synced attendance, along with the breaks taken, can be viewed in the Attendance section by clicking on the particular employee.
