INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase Odoo MultiChannel Email Marketing from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘email_marketing_multichannel’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
5. Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘email_marketing_multichannel’

You will be able to see module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

• After installing Odoo MultiChannel Email Marketing, you need to enter the channel name, select the channel type, configure the settings for Odoo Email Marketing, and then click on “Test Connection.”

• Now, you can perform basic configurations such as enabling Auto Evaluation and setting the API record limit.

• Once the channel is added, you can import and export data from the Operations section.

• By clicking the Import button, an import wizard pop-up will appear where you need to select the object and apply a filter type.

• Similarly, when you click the Export button, the Export Wizard will appear, where you need to choose the operation type and select the object.

• Now, you can instantly view the mapped records in their respective sections.
