Texan sentenced for robbing ATM technician

A man from Houston, Texas has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to stealing from an ATM technician. Prosecutors say the man named Johnny Juwan Clark was part of a group called the Hiram Clarke Money Team that would commit “jugging” crimes, according to a report by WFAA.

During the main incident, Clark and a group of three others allegedly followed a technician as he serviced machines in North Texas. While he was at a Chase Bank in Midlothian, Clark held him down while two accomplishes removed around $248,000 from the ATM.

Clark was on supervised release due to a previous robbery conviction.
