State Employee’s Credit Union of Maryland, with 23 branches in the state, has selected MANTL, a team within Alkami Technology Inc., to improve its account opening process. The credit union will utilize MANTL’s Consumer Deposit Origination solution to enable account openings in less than 5 minutes, according to a press release.
The Consumer Deposit Origination solution includes automated, real-time decisioning to handle know-your-customer, anti-money laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, funding and other processes.
SECU currently uses Alkami’s Digital Banking Platform as well for its members. With this expanded partnership, SECU aims to deliver a better end-to-end experience.
