Northwest Bank, based in Columbus, Ohio, opened a branch in Fishers, Indiana. This is the first financial center the bank has opened in six years, according to a press release.

This 1,320 square foot facility has ATMs, private meeting rooms and a Virtual Teller Machine to allow customers to interact with a banker over video 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays.

With this financial center, Northwest Bank now has 175 employees in Indiana at 20 locations and one drive-up location.

“We are pleased to return to growth mode with the opening of our financial center in downtown Fishers, our first opening in six years, building on our established commercial banking presence and relationships in the greater Indianapolis market. In keeping with our heritage of community-led banking, our location and open design represent the evolution of our financial centers into a hub for a more advisory, hospitality-led experience in the heart of the community,” Jennifer Gibson, region president, Northwest Bank, said in the release.
