Judge Rules Don Lemon's Case Against Elon Musk May Proceed to Trial in San Francisco

A state court judge in California ruled on Tuesday that ex-CNN anchor Don Lemon’s suit against Elon Musk and his tech company, X Corp, can proceed to trial in San Francisco. San Francisco Superior Court Judge Harold E. Kahn handed down the ruling shortly before Linda Yaccarino announced that she was stepping down from her role as CEO of X.
