Explosive device used on Target ATM

An unknown individual or group used an improvised explosive device on an ATM at a Target in San Ramon, California. The store was closed during the explosion so no one was injured, according to a report by NBC Bay Area.

The FBI is working with local enforcement on the investigation. The front entrance of the store was damaged by the explosion.

It is unclear if any cash was stolen from the ATM, and no suspects have been identified.
