Court Denies Preliminary Injunction to Return Ousted Copyright Director to Office


A federal court on Wednesday declined to issue a preliminary injunction to return the ousted director of the U.S. Copyright Office to her role, saying she had failed to prove she would suffer irreparable harm by waiting for her challenge to be fully considered.
