About the Summer School

The 6th International Summer School on Mediation is hosted by NIVAARAN (Mediators of the Supreme Court of India) 31st July to 11th August 2025 for a period of 12 days.

This 12-Day Online event is hosted with support of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA) & Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC).

It begins with an Opening Ceremony on the 1st Day (31st July) and ends with a Closing Ceremony on the 12th Day (11th August).

Eligibility

This Course is open to Students, Young Lawyers, Professionals and Others, both nationally, and internationally.

31st July: Opening Ceremony:

From the 1st to 10th August, 2025 there will be 10 days of Lectures by our guest faculty on the following topics in sequence.
1st August: Historical Perspective & Introduction to Mediation.

These Lectures will be for 60-75 minutes every day. The Guest faculty are Mediation exponents from across the Commonwealth.
