A Worcester Polytechnic Institute student filed a personal injury and premises liability suit against multiple defendants, including the university and its Zeta Phi fraternity, Tuesday. The student claims he suffered from multiple life-altering burns when a fraternity member poured denatured alcohol on an open fire. The plaintiff claims the fraternity and university failed to follow proper fire safety protocol.
