I would greatly appreciate anyone that is well versed in the rare earth minerals and the “American First” campaign by Trump on their thoughts of West Water Resources (WWR).
From a price action standpoint, they have broken a long term down trend and started the phase of accumulation.
The stock price is poised to breakout from this location which alone makes it intriguing for me to at least swing trade.
However, I would like to dump a significant amount of money into the stock because it seems like a no brainer from a fundamentals and technical aspect.
