On Landing Page, you will find the “install” button. Enter the shop URL where you want to install the app.
After that, you need to select the plan as per your need and approve the charges as shown in the below image.
Once you approve the charges you will be redirected to the app admin end . lets see how to configure the app .
Once your Live Commerce app is set up, the next step is to make your streams shoppable by adding products.
To do this, simply navigate to the Product section from the app menu and click on “Import Product.” You can easily import products from your Shopify store using any of the following methods:
- By Product IDs – Add specific products quickly using their unique Shopify ID.
- By Product Handle – Import products using their URL-friendly handle for precise selection.
- By Date Range – Bulk import products that were created or updated within a specific time period.
This flexible import system ensures that your live streams and recorded videos always feature the right products — ready for customers to explore and purchase.
Pre-recorded interactive videos where viewers can directly purchase the product featured in the video by clicking the Add to Cart button.
How to Add Shoppable Videos?
Step 1:
Go to Menu / Navigation → Shoppable Videos → Click on Add Video
Step 2:
Once you click on Add Video, fill in the following details:
- Title of the video
- Description of the video
- Thumbnail for the video
- Upload the video file
Step 3:
After successfully uploading your video, you can add products to it these products will appear during playback, allowing viewers to add them directly to the cart from the video.
Step 4:
Set timestamps for the products you’ve added. This ensures the product appears at the exact time in the video when it’s being showcased, allowing customers to Add to Cart instantly.
Step 5:
Click on Save and then Publish the video.

Here’s how it works on the customer end:
- The customer clicks on the video
- As the product appears on screen, they click Add to Cart
- Then proceed to Checkout

How to Create a Live Stream?
Step 1:
Go to Navigation → Live Stream → Click on Create Live Stream
Step 2:
Fill in the following details to set up your live stream:
- Title of the live stream
- Description to inform viewers what the stream is about
- Thumbnail image to represent the stream on your store
- Live Stream Duration – Set the start and end date and time for your stream. The end date duration may vary based on your selected plan.
- Add Products that will be showcased and sold during the stream
- Enable Live Chat (optional) to allow real-time interaction with your viewers
You can also edit your live stream details after scheduling it for that just click on three dots and then edit .
Step 3:
Click Save to schedule or go live as per the stream’s configured time.
Once everything is set up, you as the admin can begin your live session by simply clicking the “Start Broadcasting” button.
The “Start Broadcasting” button lets you begin your live stream manually even before the scheduled start time. If you’re ready to go live earlier, simply click the button to start streaming instantly.
This instantly takes your stream live on your store, allowing customers to join, interact, and shop in real-time.
Manage Your Live Streams
From the Live Stream section, admins can easily manage and track:
- Current Live Streams – Sessions that are live right now
- Upcoming Live Streams – Scheduled for a future time
- Recorded Streams – Previously streamed videos that are published .
Customer end
This is how the live stream appears on the customer end shoppers can click on the live session and purchase products in real-time while watching live demos.
When customers click on the live video, they’ll see a dedicated product section where they can add items to their cart.
Multiple products can be showcased and made available for purchase at the same time.
Once the live stream ends, it automatically moves to the recorded section on both the admin and customer side allowing viewers to replay and shop from past sessions anytime.
Keep your customers engaged and informed with customizable email notifications.
Our Email Configuration feature ensures that your audience never misses a live shopping event by allowing you to Notify Customers When a Broadcast Starts .
The Live Commerce App Settings section lets you fully control your store’s appearance and manage your personal information.
It is divided into three key areas: Account Setting, Store Setting, and Profile Setting.
In the Account Setting section, you’ll find your connected Shopify store domain, making it easy to verify your store identity.
The Store Setting section allows you to customize your store’s appearance by updating the preview, modifying button labels, and changing background and button colors to match your brand.
You can also change the playlist preview to carousel and Card .
Finally, the Profile Setting section lets you manage your personal information — including updating your name, email address, and saving any profile changes.
These settings help you personalize your live commerce environment and maintain a consistent brand experience across your store.
The Live Commerce App currently offers two types of plans: the Main Plan and the Digital Plan.
The Main Plan serves as the core subscription that provides access to all the essential features of the app, including live streaming, shoppable video management, and product integration.
The Digital Plan adds extra storage for users who need more digital space than what the main plan includes.
This is ideal for merchants hosting frequent live sessions or uploading high-quality video content.
How to Add the Live Shopping list extension
- Click on “Customize” button in the theme section you will be redirected to your theme customization area.
- Click on the dropdown in the middle >> select “Pages” >> Default Page.
- Now, on the left-hand side, under template, Click on “add block” Select “Apps” >> add “Live Commerce” block.
Note :- After adding the above extension, you can add a main menu on your storefront and assign a ‘Live Commerce’ page with the same menu.
Your customers will see your real-time shopping information on the same page.
