Y-12 Federal Credit Union partners with NCR Atleos to upgrade ATM fleet to ITMs

Y-12 Federal Credit Union, based in Ridge, Tennessee partnered with NCR Atleos to upgrade its fleet of self-service banking devices. In particular, Atleos will upgrade the credit union’s existing ATMs and ITMs to NCR ITMs, according to a press release.

The ITMS will offer video banking for members along with traditional ATM services. They will also offer contactless and mobile support.

“We want members to choose what works best for them — some prefer self-service, while others value a human touch. And with our upgraded ITM fleet, we are also able to quickly deploy more innovative features to our members, ensuring their banking is simple and accessible, all while reducing costs and complexities in the back office,” Todd Richardson, CEO of Y-12 FCU, said in the release.
