Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX: QRI)Notification of Distribution

QRI Manager Pty Ltd (“Manager”), was pleased to advise that the Responsible Entity,The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited of the Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (“QRI”), declared a distribution for June 2024.

The distribution for June 2024 is 1.1672 cents per unit which equates to a distribution return of 8.9%1 per annum at a net tangible assets per unit of $1.602.

QRI is my replacement in the yearly comp. for QVE ( which looks to be taken over )

PS QRI pays monthly but is a complex beast , please research carefully , if tempted
