The Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal is pleased to present the 2025 Arts and Entertainment Law Journal Symposium: Fake It Till You Make It?: Striking the Right Balance Between Innovation, Publicity Rights, and Copyright. This event will bring together leading scholars and industry experts to explore the legal challenges posted by AI-generated voices, deepfake performances, and digital replicas.

 

This program of two panels is approved for up to 3.0 transitional/non-transitional New York State CLE credits in the category “Areas of Professional Practice.” To receive CLE credits for a panel, you must attend that part of the program “live.” We cannot award CLE credits for watching a recorded version of any part of this program. We only award New York State CLE credits. Food and refreshments will be provided.
