U.S. Bank has partnered with Grazzy, a digital tipping platform, to provide a prepaid debit card to allow employees to access tips at the end of a shift, according to a press release.
The debit card offers in-network ATM access, along with mobile app integration and no overdraft fees.
“This program furthers our mission to improve financial wellness for workers,” Courtney White, VP of growth and operations at Grazzy, said in the release. “Inclusive banking solutions are essential to that mission. With this program, employers can now offer every employee instant access to their digital tips, as well as helping them spend and save in better ways.”
