Simmons Bank, based in Arkansas, appointed Leasa Melton as community division director of payment product and sales strategy. In this role, she will oversee various payment products like debit cards, merchant services, credit cards and more, according to a press release.
Prior to joining Simmons Bank, she was a VP of product strategy for a bank in Oklahoma.
