WhatsApp is introducing a new widget for faster access to Meta AI’s chatbot features. This update brings three convenient shortcuts, allowing users to interact with the chatbot more quickly and efficiently.
Beta testers who have downloaded the WhatsApp beta for iOS 25.4.10.74 via the App Store are currently being rolled out with the update.
Users will no longer have to explore the app to initiate a conversation with Meta AI; the first shortcut will make it possible to do so instantaneously. With a single tap, WhatsApp will launch a conversation with Meta AI, prepared to take the user’s command.
Furthermore, the second shortcut will let users transmit photos to Meta AI, who can then modify and analyze them using the chatbot’s features.
Users looking for fast picture modifications or image context will find this feature very beneficial.
The third shortcut, “voice chat mode,” makes it possible to communicate with Meta AI by voice instructions rather than typing, making it more accessible.
With the Meta AI widget now available, interacting with the chatbot should be easier and faster for users.
Keep in mind that customers will have the option to add the widget to their home screen or not.
