Weil Gotshal & Manges, operating under a new leadership structure, will see at least five partners decamp in the coming week, including two practice heads and a management committee member.
According to sources familiar with the moves, Jonathan Polkes, co-chair of Weil’s global litigation department and member of the firm’s management committee, will exit for White & Case, along with litigation partners Adam Banks and Stacy Nettleton.
