Washington, D.C., law firm Venable saw gross revenue rise by more than 5% to $858.2 million last year—moderate growth after seeing double-digit top-line expansion the year prior. The firm has reported consecutive revenue growth each year for more than a decade now.

The firm also increased its profitability and net income in 2024, though at a lower rate than its revenue. Profits per equity partner (PEP) inched up almost 2% to $1.36 million, while the firm’s net income grew over 3% to $270.5 million. Revenue per lawyer rose 4.5% to $1.089 million amid mostly steady head count.
