A hotly-contested £200 million settlement in the longrunning Mastercard case has been approved by the U.K.’s Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT).
In a bitter blow to the litigation funder, Innsworth Advisors, the tribunal said it would give the settlement reached between Walter Merricks CBE and Mastercard the green light.
