When Enzo Ferrari famously said “If you can dream it, you can do it,” he probably didn’t have a sprawling 21,000+ square-foot Florida mansion in mind, fitted with the most luxurious amenities known to man.

The property closed for full ask at $55 million, in a deal that sets a new record for the Delray Beach area. Bringing the win home is Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman, who represented both sides in the transaction.
According to our sources, the buyers are “a prominent U.S.-based family”, but their names have not been disclosed.

Much like the precision-engineered cars Ferrari makes, the Delray Beach mansion is “a true showpiece of luxury design and execution” and has been aptly named Casa Maranello — a tribute to the Italian municipality where Ferraris are built.
“Casa Maranello is an unprecedented achievement in luxury design, seamlessly uniting the artistry of Italian craftsmanship with the engineering precision of the Ferrari legacy,” listing agent Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman tells us.
So what does a mansion tailored for fans of the Prancing Horse look like? Spoiler alert, it’s quite impressive, even by our standards.

The house has 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a long list of upscale amenities — including a resort-worthy spa with an indoor pool, a Himalayan salt room, a steam room, and a sauna, as well as a private home theater, gym, and salon — across 21,725 square feet of living space.
The grand salon has two mirroring living areas
The showpiece of the house is the grand salon, an oversized space with two large living areas that mirror each other.
With soaring ceilings and bespoke crystal chandeliers
The imposing salon features soaring ceilings with wood details contrasted by sleek black beams, with bespoke crystal chandeliers adding a note of opulence to the space. Walls of windows open up to the resort-style pool outside.

Staged to perfection, the South Florida mansion has a vintage Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa “parked” in the grand salon, hinting at the more elaborate car showroom located on the other end of the room.
