Netflix users on iPhone and iPad can now download full seasons at once

Netflix is finally allowing iPhone and iPad users to download entire seasons of TV series at a time.

To use this ‘Season Download’ feature, look on a show’s display page for the button right next to the ‘Share’ option. Tapping this will prompt the entire season to begin downloading, removing the previous need to download episodes one at a time.

Season Download first came to Android in 2021, so Apple users have had to wait quite a while for their turn. To that point, Netflix even mentioned in a blog post that this was a “much-requested” feature on iPhone and iPad.

The feature follows a big several days for Netflix. Last week, the company raised subscription prices in Canada and several other markets, for which the Conservatives blamed the Liberals. Then, this week, Netflix offered a deep dive into its general 2025 slate of movies, shows and games, as well as a few Canadian originals.
